MCP Curriculum Warehouse LLC ("MCP," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

It applies to mcpcurriculum.com, our Facebook and Instagram pages and lead forms, our webinars, and any calls, texts or emails you exchange with us. MCP Curriculum Warehouse LLC is located at 1309 Coffeen Ave., Suite 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you register for a webinar, fill out a form on our website or on Facebook or Instagram, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address and mobile phone number
  • Your practice or business name, city, state and website
  • Your answers to form questions, such as your interest in opening a school
  • Your text-message consent choice

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or interact with our ads, we and our partners may collect your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and the ad or link that brought you to us. We use cookies and the Meta Pixel for this.

Webinar information. If you register for a webinar, we record whether you attended, how long you stayed, and any questions or chat messages you sent.

Call and message records. We keep records of calls, texts and emails between you and our team, including the time and content of messages.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Register you for webinars and send confirmations, reminders and replay links
  • Respond to your questions and follow up about our school launch packages and services
  • Send emails, and texts if you opted in, about programs, offers and events
  • Prepare proposals, agreements and invoices if you become a client
  • Measure and improve our ads, website and webinars
  • Prevent spam and fraud, and meet legal requirements

Text messaging (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who opt in, for example by checking the consent box on our webinar registration form.

  • What you'll get: webinar confirmations and reminders, follow-up about your inquiry, and occasional program updates and offers from MCP.
  • How often: message frequency varies, typically up to 8 messages per month.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (307) 218-3302.
  • Not required: consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver messages.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

  • Service providers that run our business tools under contract, including our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), webinar platform (WebinarJam), Google Workspace, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and our billing and payment providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Our affiliated company, Smart Medical Ventures, LLC, which helps deliver our school launch services.
  • Legal reasons, such as complying with a law, court order or valid government request, or protecting our rights and safety.
  • Business transfers, if MCP is sold, merged or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply.

The text-messaging limits in the section above always apply.

Cookies, pixels and advertising

Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our ads. Meta may use this information to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.

You can manage this by:

  • Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings
  • Adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings
  • Using industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info

Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Keeping your information safe, and your choices

Retention. We keep your information as long as needed to serve you, follow up on your inquiry, and meet legal and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards, such as access controls and secure providers, to protect your information. No system is 100% secure.

Your choices. You can at any time:

  • Stop emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email
  • Stop texts by replying STOP
  • Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you

Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.

Children

Our services are for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
