These terms apply to mcpcurriculum.com, our webinars, our Facebook and Instagram pages and lead forms, and any calls, texts or emails you exchange with Smart Medical Ventures, LLC d/b/a MCP Vocational School & Curriculum Warehouse ("MCP," "we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Our website and webinars
Information on this site and in our webinars is general information about starting and running a vocational school. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and state licensing rules change. Approval timelines and results depend on your state, your location and your own work, so we cannot guarantee approval or enrollment numbers.
Prices, packages and promotions shown on the site or in a webinar can change. The terms of any purchase are set out in the written agreement you sign with MCP, and that agreement controls if it differs from this page.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
If you opt in, MCP will send text messages from our business number about your inquiry, webinar registrations and reminders, scheduled calls, and occasional program updates and offers.
- Message frequency varies, typically up to 8 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Content and use
The text, graphics, curriculum descriptions and other content on this site belong to MCP or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy, resell or republish our content without written permission. Please do not misuse the site, submit false information, or try to disrupt it.
Third-party services
We use outside services such as GoHighLevel, WebinarJam, Jotform, Meta, Google and payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Limitation of liability
The site and webinars are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, MCP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or webinars. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
